Tenure promoted is a preliminary tenure just. It may be extended based on the project extension, funds availability and based on the acceptable performance.

2. Educational Qualification Certificate as discussed in the advertisement essential credentials/ Semester Mark sheet or Final Mark sheet is mandatory. Together with this, Degree Award Certificate or Provisional Award Certificate. Percentage or CGPA should plainly displayed on any among the certificate. If certificate doesn't have appropriate percentage/ CGPA/ Grade then the application might not be considered. The candidate must make sure to provide proper certificates to ensure their eligibility for the said positions.
3. Date of Birth Proof (Any legitimate certificate having DoB such as SSLC, HSC, DoB Certificate, etc).
4. Category certificate (in case of SC/ST/OBC/ PWD prospects). (If relevant).
5. NET/GATE/SET/ Any other Equivalent examination qualification certificate (IF suitable).
6. Experience certificate (Mandatory for the posts where experience is necessary credentials) and Other certificates, if any.
Mode of Selection:
If variety of applications are more, then selection committee will fix a criteria to shortlist the applicants. Only shortlisted prospects will be called for the interview. Selection will be done on the basis of online interview through either Skype/Google Meet/Zoom or any other appropriate software, as chosen by the qualified authority.
Applications got after the due date will be rejected. The short-listed candidates will be informed through e-mail/website.
The interview date will be interacted to the shortlisted candidates through email.
Conditions:
The engagement will be on simply short-term and contractual basis for the period pointed out in the advertisement. It is specifically for the above pointed out research work and the tenure will be co-terminus with the job period or till the completion of tenure whichever is previously. The engagement under this project does not give any right/claim whatsoever either explicitly or implicitly on the appointee for regular visits in CSIR-NIO/CSIR, versus any post or otherwise under any legal conditions precedent. It would for that reason, not confer any right/claim, implicit or explicit, on the part of the candidates for regularization/absorption against any post in CSIR/NIO or under any other plan of CSIR.
HRA will be paid as per the guidelines.
Incase of prospects certified with NET/GATE certification, they might be considered for higher emoluments according to the DST guidelines of task personnels, based on the
approval of job funds and approval of skilled authority.
Performance of the task staff would be reviewed occasionally so that any one not found up to the mark, might be ended with one month's notice or one month's stipend in lieu thereof.
The date for determining the upper age limitation, qualifications and/or experience shall be the closing date recommended for submission of applications.
The duration of experience in a discipline/area of work, any place prescribed, ought to be in appropriate area of work/field indicated versus such position which will be counted after the date of obtaining the minimum essential academic qualifications recommended for that position.
The trainees in the final term and results awaited candidates are not qualified to use and their applications will not be considered.
Stipend may be modified depending on the financing company standards provided time to time.
Candidates must keep in mind that non-fulfillment of the eligibility requirement will lead to cancellation of candidature at any phase.
Incomplete applications without correct format and without eligibility supporting documents will not be considered.
Variety of positions marketed may be tentative and it can be increased or reduced by the
qualified authority at any phase throughout the
recruitment procedure.
